Free US shipping

Every LiftPoint order ships free within the United States, with full tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive within 6–10 business days once shipped. International orders usually take a little longer, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
